The focus of book one in this series is on breaking the curse. Book two? Well, it focuses on the aftermath of that attempt. Each book, while unraveling the plot of the centuries-long curse, also follows the love that begins to blossom in Weeping Hollow.

Hollow Heathens is book one in the Tales Of Weeping Hollow series. It is a gothic romance book written by Nicole Fiorina.
This book. Where do I even begin?
In the beginning we meet Fallon Grimaldi, a young 24-year-old woman who is on her way to her hometown of Weeping Hollow after living in San Antonio, Texas all her life. She was taken as a newborn in an attempt to escape Weeping Hollow. It’s not until she receives notice that her last living relative is unwell that she makes her way all the way up to the coastline of Maine.
Once there, the story explodes. Fallon immediately comes across Julian Blackwell and she feels this instantaneous draw towards him, and he to her. And as much as they try to fight it, who can truly fight a love that seems to be fated? A love that’s been reincarnated time and time again over the centuries.
I give this book 5/5 stars. Nicole Fiorina has a way of writing a book that speaks to your soul. It feels like reading poetry — an epic tale of a deep love. The characters are all so well written. The town? Please sign me up! To say I’m invested in the town of Weeping Hollow, it’s residents, and their drama is an understatement. This is definitely a book I highly recommend you give a read. And I have a feeling that while there are only two books in this series, we will be seeing more books in the near future [at least I’m hoping so, cause I just need to see more love, more drama, more gothic romance…you get the gist].
Hollow Heathens is book 1 in a multi-book series. There are currently two books available, but I have an inkling we may be seeing more come from the town of Weeping Hollow. It does not end on a cliffhanger as each book covers a brand new relationship, though future characters are introduced in the books prior. Hollow Heathens is available on Kindle Unlimited.
